If students miss more than six (6) live sessions, the student may be withdrawn from the course for failure to attend and no refunds will be provided. Unit Tests and Final Exams will either be proctored via ZOOM or in rotating, in-person sessions to be held on campus according to the instructor’s set schedule and only if the stay-at-home order has been lifted. Each instructor will set their own exam schedule.
    • Books for Algebra II and Geometry are the same texts used during the school year. Check the SMHS Book List for details.
    • If the stay at home order is lifted and the Catholic Schools Office has cleared us to return to on-campus instruction, students will report to campus M-F, 8am-12 noon, in school uniform.
    • Each teacher will set the schedule to be outlined in the syllabus. Class will meet at the same time each day (M-F) as determined by the teacher. While teachers will determine their specific hours of instruction, these hours will occur during the summer school schedule: 8am-3pm.
    • By Registering for a SMHS Summer School course the parent and student agree to abide by the policies and procedures set by the instructor. Failure to comply will result in removal from the course and tuition will not be refunded.
    • Incoming 9th graders who are signed up for PE and Health will need computer, laptop, or iPad, as all assignments will be delivered through the SMHS Learning Management System, Schoology.
