UC summer webinars May-August: Admissions Counselors will present a step-by-step tutorial to help you understand how to fill out the UC application. Take a look at how UC Admissions uses the personal statement in the freshman selection process. Admissions Counselors will share what makes a great personal statement and what you need to avoid! Arizona State University
From sports to leadership, and design to robots, ASU has something for high school students this summer. Barnard College/Columbia University

1-week and 2-week programs allow students to choose from an array of subjects including entrepreneurship, women's and gender studies, urban studies, social justice reform, art history and fashion, creative writing, STEM, and so much more. Boston University/New England Center for Investigative Reporting
This workshop is a great fit for students who are interested in journalism or writing. It will give participants hands-on training in investigative reporting and the chance to work on investigative stories that could be published. Students will spend two weeks on the BU campus participating in investigative reporting seminars led by university faculty and award-winning local and national journalists. Deadline to apply is June 30th. Cornell University
Cornell University Summer College offers programs for talented high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Cornell University - Dept of Engineering 
The CURIE and CATALYST Academies are one-week summer residential programs for high school students who excel in math and science, enjoy solving problems, and want to learn more about careers in engineering. The target population for the CURIE Academy is rising junior and senior women students of all backgrounds; while the target population for the CATALYST Academy are rising junior and senior male and female students from backgrounds (African American, Native American/Alaska Native, Latino/a and Pacific Islander, and/or first generation college students) severely underrepresented in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) disciplines.

Denison University
Denison's Reynolds Workshop offers an inspiring experience for up to 48 current high school sophomores and juniors. At the workshop, beginning writers of poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction get the chance to develop their talents and hone their skills. Decision Medicine Program/San Joaquin Medical Society
This 2 week program is designed to introduce students to the field of medicine through personal mentoring opportunities and site visits with behind-the-scenes access to some of our regional hospitals, clinics and public health centers. Throughout the program students will work in various team configurations, including a one-on-one mentoring opportunity with a local physician in their personal practice. Emory Pre-College Program

Juniors and Seniors may enroll in classes with college students, earn transferable credit, and explore topics with professors who are the leading experts in their fields while getting a glimpse of academic and residential life at a top-ranked national university. Fir Acres at Lewis & Clark College

Grand Canyon University - Summer Institute
High school sophomores, juniors, and seniors are invited to jump start their college experience by spending five days on GCU's campus.  Activities include: programming created and taught by college professors, hands-on learning activities based on your area of interest, evening socials with other students, playing sports and games in state-of-the-art club sports facility, and much more!  Students who attend the Summer Institute are eligible for the Canyon Christian Schools Consortium Scholarship in addition to an additional tuition discount in the amount paid toward their camp registration.  Summer Institute begins at $470 for the week and additional information can be found at GCU.edu/SummerInstitute.  
 
Harvard Secondary School Program
Special courses and activities in writing, drama, and math provide unique challenges for students interested in these subjects. Other opportunities include college preparatory events, college fairs, panel discussion, and experience dorm life while making new friends from all over the United States. SCAD: The University for Creative Careers Four sessions available throughout June and July
Students who would like to pursue a career in art and design will work alongside peers from all over the world. The California State Summer School for Mathematics & Science (COSMOS)                                                                                                          
COSMOS is a four-week residential program for talented and motivated students who are completing grades 8-12. Students who love math and science have a chance to spend four weeks at UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Santa Cruz or UC San Diego this summer, learning about astronomy, biomedical sciences, computer games, engineering, robotics and more.  Students will work side-by-side with outstanding UC researchers and faculty, exploring advanced topics that extend beyond the typical high school curriculum. The College of William and Mary Two sessions throughout June and August

New York University
NYU Precollege gives rising juniors and seniors an amazing opportunity to spend their summer on the NYU campus in the heart of Manhattan.  For six exciting weeks, high schoolers can take college-level courses for credit, develop their essay writing skills, and learn how to manage their time, all while experiencing what it's like to be an NYU student.

Oxbridge Academic Programs (hosted by WorldStrides)
Offering over 200 courses, all of which are taught by university experts and industry professionals, these popular programs include Medicine, Law, Business, and Psychology. You choose two subjects, a major and a minor. The major meets six mornings per week and the minor meets three afternoons per week.  Afternoons and evenings are designed to explore the rich cultural offerings of: Oxford, Cambridge, Boston, LA, NY, Barcelona, Salamanca, Paris, or Montpellier.

Sacramento State is offering a series of week long academies so high school students can get hands on, in-depth career exploration in the fields of Biotech, Fire Academy, Robotics, Health, and FashionCareer Assessment Courses that include personality assessment will also be offered as an add-on during the two weeks of the academies. For more information, visit www.cce.csus.edu/acads

Sacramento State Academic Talent Search (4th-9th grade students)
ATS offers fun and challenging classes at Sac State. A unique summer program where students can learn from university professors and leading business professionals. Discover a variety of new academic and creative challenges in areas not often available in regular schools such as engineering, forensic science, game programming, law and the arts. Stanford University
The Stanford Pre-Collegiate program is now accepting applications for summer sessions. Rising high school students with a deep interest in various subjects come together for three weeks on Stanford's beautiful campus to research and analyze various academic areas. Tulane University

UC Davis Young Scholars Program

Students will work one-on-one with research faculty and research groups in state-of-the-art laboratories for six weeks. In addition, students will take field trips, attend lecture series on current issues in scientific research, and opportunities to work and live with other talented students with similar interests. USC University of Southern California Summer Programs
USC Summer Programs offers students a preview of "freshman year" through its college immersion experience.  
Programs are designed to combine college level course work, academic field trips, and structured extracurricular activities.USC Summer Programs offers courses in a variety of subjects from which students choose one course for intense study. Courses are interactive, engaging and challenging, and students receive 3 units of transferable USC elective credit upon successful completion of the 4-Week program. Students can choose from over 20 courses in over 10 subject areas.

University of Chicago Summer Programs
Pathways Program is a three-week program where students can choose from a wide array of subjects, each featuring guest lectures by faculty members from across the university who specialize in the field. Washington State University Honors College
Students will interact in a learning environment with professors from many fields, such as engineering, creative writing, communications, music, the sciences, math, pharmacy, and entomology. Have fun while learning - students will pair up with a current Honors College student who will be their mentor all week and enjoy activities such as kayaking, rock climbing, stargazing at the observatory, and more. Washington University in St. Louis

Cyber Math Academy
CyberMath Academy now offers a summer camp at Stanford University too.  Now students can choose to attend camps this summer at either Harvard University (July 6-17) or Stanford University (July 15-27). CyberMath Academy’s advanced and challenging courses from outstanding teachers pave the way for students to top colleges. Many top colleges such as MIT and Caltech specifically ask for their scores and give priority to the students who succeed in the competitions that we prepare for. Students will be able to choose from a variety of options which include College Prep (SAT and College Counseling and Application Planning), Math, Coding, Robotics, Game Design and Physics.
