RAM Life
Overview of Student Life on Campus
Saint Mary's is rich in over 140 years of traditions and culture. Over 90% of our students are involved in extracurricular and athletic activities, thus cultivating strong and lasting bonds with their fellow classmates, teachers, coaches, alumni, administrators and the greater community. At Saint Mary's, students experience something unique — an environment where they grow their academic foundation, develop long-lasting friendships, explore and develop new interests and in the words of St. Francis DeSales – "Be who you are and be that extraordinarily well."
FINDING PURPOSE AND BUILDING FRIENDSHIPS
At Saint Mary's, we believe that student involvement accomplishes several personal, academic and spiritual goals. Outside the school day, student involvement allows students to develop and cultivate their God-given talents and gifts. It also helps them develop friendships, improve grades and commitment to the school community, and feel connected. We offer a wide range of clubs (click here for clubs) and activities (click here for calendar), and our programs are innovative, supportive and meet the needs of every student's mind, body and soul.
Beyond our clubs, our campus is always busy with school-sponsored activities. We have several school dances each year, incredible musical productions, multiple pep rallies, and lunchtime activities. Saint Mary's is not only an academically rigorous and Christ-centered community, but it's also a fun community that honors year-round traditions.
