Tryout Information

An Athletic Participation Fee of $300 per family, per school year, is due prior to receiving a try-out card. If a student decides not to try out, or does not make a team, this fee is refundable. However, if a student makes a team and is removed due to disciplinary reasons, becomes academically ineligible, or chooses to quit, the fee will not be refunded. If a student does not make a team, and does not plan to play any other sport during the school year, a parent must request a refund by emailing the athletics office at [email protected]
 
REQUIREMENTS FOR TRY OUT CARDS
  1. Medical clearance – physical exam during this school year. Done by your personal doctor or at school physicals. Please have this form completed during the visit.

  2. Online forms completed: www.homecampus.com/login

  3. Previous year’s Athletic Participation fees must be paid.

  4. All fees paid from previous sports.

  5.  All uniforms and/or equipment from previous sports returned.

  6. Must be academically eligible.

  7. All forms and payments are to be submitted to the Athletic Office, not our coaching staff, at the beginning of the year. Upon submission of all the above, try out cards will be issued.

All participation fees can be paid via check, call in to pay via credit card or pay cash in the athletic office.
